Anne, our HR Director, has been with the team since 2018 and has over 20 years’ experience in people management.
Anne has played a vital role in streamlining our recruitment process and is responsible for setting up and running bespoke graduate assessment centres in the UK as well as supporting Push MENA and Push Greece with their recruitment plans.
She introduced a Wellbeing programme in 2019 to underpin the Push employee engagement strategy.
Anne is responsible for legal compliance ensuring contracts, NDAs and agreements are in place with customers, contractors and suppliers.
CHIEF PERFORMANCE OFFICER
Charlie is our Chief Performance Officer and has worked for Push for over a decade.
He is responsible for ensuring performance excellence across the whole of the Push business, including growing our largest customers and ensuring we have a strategy in place to maximise the potential of the accounts that have the biggest opportunities.
Charlie also manages our lead generation team, one of the fastest-growing segments of our business.
He won the Microsoft Trailblazer awards, our first award at Microsoft which we achieved after only being a partner for 12 months.
Charlie began his career as Push as PPC account manager with successive promotions, his most recent being to Performance Director.
Gareth is our eCommerce Director and has led our eCommerce Team for the last two years.
With over 15 years’ experience across commercial, retail and travel marketing roles, he has a wealth of experience with retail customers in multiple sectors, tourist boards, and market-leading brands primarily in the UK & US markets.
He has led the introduction of our Amazon service offering, helping our customers take advantage of the platform’s large scale growth.
He is responsible for our eCommerce teams and continues to drive growth for our customers to hit their business goals across multiple platforms.
Head of Paid Social

Gineke joined the Push team 5 years ago with the aim to start up the paid social offering. Since then, she has grown it to one of the most successful arms of the business with staggering YoY growth.
She leads the paid social team across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok and Snapchat (for now) and ensures every customer has a bullet-proof growth strategy in place.
Over the last few years, she developed a very strong relationship with Facebook and managed to achieve and sustain premium partnership status which allows our customers to access exclusive updates and new product opportunities.
With digital marketing experience from Hong Kong, Bangkok and the UK she always offers a different point of view and challenges team members to think differently.
Jai is our Sales Director and has worked with Push for 10 years. He has worked across the business from starting as an account manager to setting up and developing both our strategy development and new business teams as well as helping build our customer base upon launch of our offices in the MENA region.
As our Sales Director, he ensures all prospects that contact Push get support with their digital marketing challenges, whether that’s helping a business new to digital find the right strategy or auditing existing digital marketing campaigns to see what’s going well, what’s not and what opportunities they might be completely missing out on.
Over the last 5 years, he has consulted for hundreds of businesses and is familiar with the challenges businesses share and the most common mistakes they make when it comes to their marketing. His passion for digital marketing means he often works alongside our internal marketing team too.

Jas is our Managing Director of Adinvestor and has 6+ years of experience of delivering exceptional results for our customers by developing groundbreaking strategies via Google, Microsoft and Facebook.
She has helped develop Push’s technology suite including our customer-first platform, Adinvestor.
Jas spearheads our vision to build a platform to empower all businesses to feel in control and have complete transparency of performance. She also works closely with our account management team to keep ahead through the use of technology and automation.
Jas began her career at Push as an account manager, moving quickly into strategy development for our new customers and most recently focusing on our technology solution, Adinvestor.
Kartik is a non-Executive Director for Push and a heavyweight in the industry that we are very pleased to have as part of our team.
His passion is to build and grow businesses and Kartik has had the chance to work with some of the best companies in the world with a vision and goal to make businesses succeed in the digital world.
Kartik spent 3 years as Head of Channel Sales at Google India where he transformed the business in the region to help customers grow and maximise their returns on the Google platform.
His achievements were recognised within Google and Kartik was promoted to help the whole of EMEA mirror this performance and he was responsible for strategic partnerships for Google in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Kartik created one of the fastest-growing regions across the whole of Google with hundreds of thousands of SMB businesses thriving on the platform.
CHANNEL RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Grant is Channel Relationship Officer and has been with Push since 2015.
Grant manages our key supplier relationships with Google, Microsoft & Facebook ensuring that Push has the highest possible status.
He developed our customer program where we recognise and support our key customers, helping retention and growing business.
Introduced major events at Google for Push and our partners that have developed a new stream of leads for Push.
Grant also has launched new marketing initiatives to drive more relevant leads into Push.
Grant was instrumental in Push receiving the accolade of being one of the UK’s top 10 UK agencies in the Drum Top 100 list.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Mat is our Chief Revenue Officer; although new to Push he brings over 13 years experience in marketing and advertising.
He has been responsible for leading performance strategies, large multi-discipline teams and client relationships across a number of market-leading brands including LEGO, M&S, Barclays and Barclaycard, P&O Cruises and the De Beers Group among others on both the UK and international level covering over 30 different markets.
Always curious and keen for a challenge, Mat has had countless examples of new innovative solutions to clients problems working to ensure bespoke solutions are not only created but followed through to implementation and measurement.
He is responsible for all things commercial from generating new revenue streams, developing our account servicing approach and leading the new business operations.
Monique has been with Push for 7 years, with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing.
Focusing on business growth and team growth alike has meant securing some of the best talent and generating great results for our customers.
Working on major household brands like Unilever, CHANEL & American Express, means Monique is always thinking big picture. Previously our Head of Multi-Market then Head of Search, being genuinely curious means she also wants to understand key components to success and how we can capitalise and adapt to get the best results.
She is responsible for ensuring we are using the most valuable strategic PPC tactics for our customers. Introducing new account management processes and ways of working across the business has meant more time for strategic innovation.
Dr Paul Kearney is a Non-Executive Director for Push who specialises in supporting teams through complex transitions. A former Royal Marines officer who commanded Special Operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan he is used to working on a ‘frontier.’ Nowadays the frontiers are more metaphorical than physical but the challenges remain the same, when you are doing something new you have to be comfortable dealing with uncertainty whilst maintaining a clear focus on the objective at hand. At Push the objective is helping the team to build on their unique strengths that will naturally differentiate Push from the online advertising agency ‘pack’.
Paul recently comes from the international Marketing Operations group ITG, where he helped build the group from a startup to a $300m+ turnover with clients including M&S, Boots and Audi.
Rakesh is a highly experienced CFO who has a broad range of experience from startups to corporates across multiple sectors, having previously worked at Publicis Group and Engie. Rakesh is well placed to support various strategic challenges businesses face when growing rapidly.
Rakesh was previously CFO for Highview Power, a startup/scaleup cleantech company. Rakesh helped the business secure £55m over several rounds of investment, growing headcount from 10 to 50 and expanding abroad. In 2019, Rakesh helped Highview Power complete a funding round for £35m valuing the business at c. £200m and helped pivot the business model.
Rakesh primary focus is supporting Push with funding and scaling up. He is a technology enthusiast at heart and is always focusing on new ways of working to increase productivity with technology and data-led solutions.

Ricky is Co-Founder and Joint CEO for Push with 16 years experience in digital advertising having previously worked for Arrow Electronics.
Ricky leads the vision in terms of what the future advertising landscape will look like and how best to position Push.
With a deep knowledge of paid advertising he has set up the base processes and thinking for Google, Facebook and Microsoft.
He has led the development of Push’s technology including our innovative AdInvestor platform.
He oversees the overall operations for Push including new strategies to grow our PPC business plus other new business lines.
Championed Push’s inclusive culture he is always looking to bring the best out of the team including continuous development and learning.

Steve is Co-Founder and Joint CEO for Push, with a career spanning 25 years in marketing.
Steve has been instrumental in Push winning more Google awards than any other European Premier Partner and regularly features at key industry events at Google.
He is responsible for developing the strategy, setting the direction for the sales team, developing winning sales methodologies and coaching the global team.
Steve also led Push’s expansion into MENA and Southern Europe.
Prior to starting Push, Steve held a number of senior roles at multiple American FMCG corporates including Kraft Foods, PepsiCo and Disney where he was UK Sales Director.
